These guys are fun, good talker, good at packing and delivery

However, I ended up paying ing triple the price.
Yes, I do understand my stuff is more than what I listed. However, I listed the item the best I could as I haven’t finished my packing when posting the job. I did also sent photos inside my apartment so they could have a better ideas of what will be moving.
No one response my text about I could be charge an hourly rate of $180 +gst . I have got other quotes that is hourly rate and a lot cheaper.
Was quoted for 14th June moving but then postponed it to 15th June.
These guys turn up and start informing me about their hourly rate. Talk shit about other competitors. At the end of the service, they almost mis-charge me 1 extra hour. In the end, they made me pay for their 15 mins travel prior to arriving at my place. Paid for their 15 mins break, toilet break at my apartment.
9:56 they called and let me know their ETA is 10:45. They arrived at my apartment 10:52. After discussion and start picking up things at 11:09. Finish the job at my new place at 17:17.
Tried to charged me 7.25 hours. And they figured out it was wrong. I ended up paying $1290.

However, my stuff was being cared, everything is delivered gently.

BUT Communication should be better, the movers blamed the representative about not informing me about the potential hourly rate. However, they also tried to pushing me to agree with their deal by keep saying I was already losing money when keep think and talking to them. If they have came on the 14th and told me about that I would have just cancel the job and have enough time to look for someone else. I can’t help myself thinking that I was tricked to accept the rate because I was really have no other options.
Good job done but I can’t say I am happy after the service. Trust issue preventing me from using or recommending their service to anyone.

Big Camel went over & above.
They were flexible, communicative, helpful, & so kind. Our things were moved with no bonus scratches, dents, or damage of any kind - which is impressive as heck even without factoring in the 4 flights of stairs/2 storeys that everything had to come up.

Wise Move failed to give Big Camel the correct information about this move, making the quote quite inaccurate. We had to renegotiate the quote on the fly because the whole situation was so horribly unfair on the Big Camel guys.
We will book them again… but we won’t do it through Wise Move.

Perhaps let customer know accepted methods of payment. The mover wasn't wasn't at all pleased that I had to search for cash, but Wise Move states that Eftpos is available.

Good group of guys and they completed the job without issue.

Fantastic experience with Big Camel Relocations! Louie was super friendly and made the booking really easy, and Oscar and Zico were wonderful when it came to quickly and efficiently moving our belongings with care. Would definitely recommend to others and would 100% book them again. Thanks!!
