Unfortunately our booking went missing in the system somehow and the movers didn't arrive. I'm not sure if the issue was with the Wise Move booking system or with the movers, but Graeme was very helpful and arranged for the movers to arrive within 4 hours of the original booking which was much appreciated. The movers were excellent and gave us good advice on castor cups for the piano to sit on. Would gladly have them move my piano again but not sure if Wise Move was completely necessary within the process and perhaps complicated things.
