Yes, Ferry cancellations from time to time do create some drama but we have been doing this for a while now and despite the Ferry delaying our crossing by 18 hrs we still collected on the same day as quoted, all be it 8 hrs later than originally stated. You were fantastic to deal with and very understanding.

Great communication all the way through the process but lights left on and battery flat upon delivery.

It was loaded up in CHC at 3:30 pm so the lights would not have even been turned on. CCTV after load up on top deck also shows no lights on.... interesting. Glad it is all sorted now, enjoy the car
