This means that VRL Group Limited trading as ASAP Car Transport is not responsible for damage, theft or vehicle contents. This extends to while in transit, parked or stored. Unless in the unlikely event we are at fault, our insurance covers up to $2000 incl GST for any liable damage only.
All non-runners and pre-damaged vehicles are relocated at the owner's risk.
We recommend having comprehensive insurance cover in place and ensuring your policy extends to "in transit between places in New Zealand". This covers your vehicle when using a professional transport provider, by definition a company with a Transport Service Licence.

Very good service and great communication throughout the process. Car was collected on time and delivered when promised. Not the cheapest car transport company but considering that they are a dedicated car transporter and solely focused on getting your car from A to B in the most efficient & safest manner, we were happy to pay a little extra. The only thing that caught us unaware was the amount of road grime & dead bugs that covered the car when it was travelling on the back of the transporter. No fault of the car transporter - just an occupational hazard, I guess. In short, just be prepared to give your car a good wash when you finally collect it. Other than that, 5-stars!! Would happily use ASAP Car Transport again.

Your Outback was loaded in reverse on the Topdeck. Bugs, at least, are the only hazard likely to make contact with the car up there, so it's a very safe trade-off. All cars that arrive at our CHC depot are washed before handover; unfortunately, the AKL transitional depot is not set up to do the same.Regards Mark ASAP Car Transport.

I originally thought that moving my 2014 24kw Leaf from Christchurch to Dunedin was going to be either very slow (probably 2 days driving with lots of charging) or complicated and expensive.
