A4dibble Pet Transport

We Provided food for these cats during the trip, they were given to the driver dripping wet and heavily soiled as there was no bedding in the carrier and they had been crated from many hours prior to meet point collection, we were also asked to transport 2 crates that were also heavily soiled, these were not discussed beforehand and we have limited room but agreed.
Cats were handed over dry, had eaten wet and dry food and unfortunately had to go back into the smelly undersized crates that we had sanitised and wiped out, but the urine smell was overpowering.
In is normally our policy is to decline cats in this appalling condition, and it will be enforced more from now on.

Unfortunately we can’t please everyone but please provide us we a clean animal to transport, we only have limited resources onboard to clean your pets during our trips.

Please remember that Wisemove is just a booking platform, and the information you provide them is needed to be provided in our booking form and submitted to our company, we set our schedule 5-7days ahead of time, this is so you can plan around the meet point time, this form is sent to you after you accept the Wisemove quote, it is your responsibility to fill it in.
We do not send additional messages to remind you of your meet point times, if you need a reminder please set an alarm on your phone. Please provide us with correct contact details, this will impede communication greatly.
